This perspective was shaped during five years as a Senior Management Consultant at Kearney, where I worked with leading organisations across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. I advised global enterprises, including S&P 500 companies, on large-scale transformation initiatives, helping them redesign organisations, improve operations, and prepare for an AI-driven future. Working across industries and leadership teams gave me a practical perspective on why some transformations succeed while others fail.
